Offer accepted!

After several days of negotations, we have finally reached an agreement and are signing the contract for our house today! I was right, this was the one! Of course, our closing date isnt until October 30th, so we have a bit to go before everything is finalized, but I cant be more excited. Getting into a home as been a goal for two years, and i'm thrilled it is almost here.  Once we get settled in expect a big party because I'm ready to celebrate! Pictures to follow!
